1-Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £350 is required to secure the commencement of the project. In the event that the client cancels the project before completion, the deposit will not be refunded.

2-Domain: The client is responsible for acquiring and maintaining their own domain name. We do not accept responsibility for any issues or disputes related to the client's domain name, including but not limited to ownership, registration, renewal, or transfer. We recommend that the client maintains a valid and active domain registration throughout the duration of the project, and we reserve the right to suspend or delay work if there are any issues with the client's domain.

3-Refund Guarantee: We guarantee to provide high-quality website design services and to deliver a website that meets the client's specifications and requirements. In the event that the client experiences a non-fixable bug or problem with the website that prevents it from functioning as intended, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the client, and we are unable to deliver a functioning website within a reasonable time frame, we will refund the deposit of £350 to the client.
